Also, if you own a business, Apple now offers training sessions on the products you purchase from them.

Again, on the part of Apple, this is brilliant. People stick with what they know; they don't change unless they have to.

3. Invention of the iPhone and iPad - I am proud to say that I am the owner of both products and could not be happier. When Apple set out to make the iPhone (supposedly, they actually made the iPad first, but that's just speculation), it's almost as if they did not miss one single detail. The longer you use the iPhone, the more intricacies you see in the product. Regarding the iPad, I could praise this product for weeks. Getting back to #2, Apple made this hand-held computer just as they made the iPhone. Therefore, becoming acclimated to the iPad takes place almost instantaneously.

4. Making the App Store a Must - This was another tear-jerker of a performance on Apple's behalf. Apple allowed the public to use their creativity, ambition and knowledge of technology to create these amazing Applications (first for the iTouch, then the iPhone and now the iPad) which would push the technological limits of the smart phone. Now, the same people are working with the iPad and it is yet to be seen what can be done with the tablet like computer. If the iPhone is indicative of what the iPad can do, things are going to get quite interesting.

Regarding the App Store, Apple is too far ahead for anyone to compete with them. They already have a stranglehold on music and now they are going after books (goodnight Amazon and Barnes and Noble) and educational software (goodnight some education software companies).
