iPhone Development - Lecture 10

iPhone Development - Lecture 10 Tube. Duration : 85.32 Mins.

This lecture previews building a calculator program in Xcode 4.2 using the new 5.0 iOS. The pdf "Walk though of iOS 5" can be downloaded from www.stanford.edu Look for it in the "Week 2" materials section. It's almost current and is very similar to the 5.1 iOS which is actually the most current and Xcode 4.3. It's a nice walk through of the changes. I compare it to the previous 4.3 iOS running Xcode 3.2.

iPhone Development - Lecture 3

iPhone Development - Lecture 3 Tube. Duration : 71.33 Mins.

This lecture provides an overview of Memory Management on the iPhone which does not have an automatic garbage collection feature. There is also a little review of Objective-C programming from last week. I also mention and show the first part of a really cool bug tutorial you can find at www.raywenderlich.com You can probably get more examples and tutorials from this website as well. I found his tutorials to be better then most and he gets into some great foundational material about application design techniques.
