Pursuing the dream of producing time-based visual media, like for example video, from visions in our mind. Visions and abstract symbolic material are very hard and often impossible to record with the usual cameras. Research and development resulted in an app named XAN. XAN enables frame by frame animations and to draw live into the playing animation. It's like painting a movie. XAN uses a binary (black and white) visual representation to draw with pure light. VIDEO FORMAT: This video is on black background with zero black reference and 7% white headroom. It contains different XAN animation types like "direct spactime, frame by frame, frame addition, part draw through".
