1.Save the Battery Power. It can be an annoyance when your iPhone runs out of power and you aren't able to charge it at the time. If you see the power is low and you aren't able plug it in anywhere, there still is some hope to save the little life which is left in it. Turn off features of the iPhone that you aren't using at the moment, such as 3G, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. These features are simply wasting the little power left if you aren't using them. You can also dim the LCD brightness. This will extend the power of your battery for some time until you can recharge it.

2. Customise the Search Results. Nearly every iPhone owner believes in the effectiveness of Spotlight search, but we all use it in different ways. Some people use it once in awhile for locating old emails, while others use it on a regular basis to launch apps. To customise the order of how results appear, go to Settings -> General -> Home -> Search Results. Here it is possible to change the order of results, plus switch off the ones you really don't need.

6. Zoom In with the Camera - The new iPhone 4 camera is a major improvement featuring a brilliant digital zoom option. To trigger it you need to focus the camera on an object by tapping anywhere you want to on the screen. A white square will show up indicating to you the object that is in focus. You will also see a zoom bar which you'll want to use to zoom on the object you have chosen.

You can then choose an alternative layout for your connected keyboard.
